Nbazze Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use for the Betting Platform

1General Terms & Conditions

Nbazze (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Nbazze.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Nbazze reserves the right to update its Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Nbazze provides betting services for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee winnings and do not present betting as a reliable source of income.

2Account Registration

To open an account with Nbazze, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Members of the same household may open separate accounts, but sharing the same payment method is not permitted.
• You must keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

Steps to Register an Account

During registration, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. Your mobile number will be verified via OTP. Your account will not be activated until verification is complete.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

As per Nbazze's Terms & Conditions, all users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making a withdrawal. This is done to protect your account and ensure your security.

Documents Required for KYC

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Selfie (face must be clearly visible)
• Proof of payment method verification (Mobile Pay/Nagad screenshot)
• Proof of address if required (utility bill or bank statement)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours. If any documents are unclear or incomplete, you will be asked to resubmit them. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

4Deposits & Payments

Nbazze currently accepts the following payment methods:

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500.
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 1,00,000 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The correct transaction ID must be provided when making a deposit.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Nbazze:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if any suspicious activity is detected.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal may be declined in the following situations: incomplete KYC, an active bonus balance on the account, unmet wagering requirements, or an ongoing security alert on the account.

6Betting Rules

The following betting rules apply to all users in accordance with Nbazze's Terms & Conditions:

Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum bet amount is BDT 10; the maximum varies by market and event.
• Odds in Live Betting may change at any time.
• If a bet cannot be placed due to a technical issue, the amount will be automatically refunded.

If an Event is Cancelled or Postponed

If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account. The same applies if an event is postponed and does not resume within the specified timeframe.

Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not apply to bets already placed. However, in Live Betting, bets may be reconsidered under certain specific circumstances where odds have changed.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Nbazze offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the specific terms.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is generally 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

Right to Cancel Bonuses

Nbazze reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time, particularly if there is evidence that the bonus system is being abused. In any dispute relating to bonuses, Nbazze's decision shall be final.

8Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming is a core part of Nbazze's Terms & Conditions. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.

Nbazze provides all users with the following benefits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspending your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Taking a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount.
• Time Limit: Setting a daily session time limit.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nbazze platform:

• Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.

• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

10Account Termination

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.

Nbazze reserves the right to terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Legal directives or requests from regulatory authorities.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

11Limitation of Liability

Nbazze is not liable for the following:

• If a bet could not be placed due to an internet connectivity issue.
• Delays or failures on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• User negligence or a security breach on the user's own device.
• Any losses resulting from errors in live data feeds or scores.

Under no circumstances shall Nbazze's total liability to a user exceed the balance that user has deposited on the platform.

12Changes to Terms

Nbazze reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any changes:

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes take effect.
• Notices will be communicated via email or banners on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request account closure.
